Licensed Store Manager - Seaport

Summary

The Licensed Store Manager leads the Seaport store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales key performance indicators. This role oversees all store operations including merchandising, inventory accuracy, and ensuring prescription eyewear meets brand standards. The manager is also responsible for recruiting, onboarding and developing staff and driving training participation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and operational activities to meet weekly and monthly sales objectives
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store associates
• Staff the store to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and provide performance recognition
• Maintain brand presentation and merchandising standards
• Monitor business via KPIs and implement action plans
• Manage inventory accuracy and asset protection
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses and ensure prescription eyewear accuracy
• Support training initiatives and manage employee relations, time and attendance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active state optical dispensing license
• Retail management experience, preferably in a luxury selling environment
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial acumen and ability to analyze KPIs
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
