Store Manager - Boston Seaport

Summary

The Store Manager leads the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, achieve sales KPIs, and maintain brand merchandising standards. They are responsible for recruiting, onboarding and developing staff, managing store operations and financial performance. The role requires hands-on involvement in daily store activities and ensuring compliance with company processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and operational activities to meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop associates, providing timely performance feedback and recognition.
• Staff the store appropriately and maintain brand presentation and operational standards.
• Monitor business performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans.
• Maintain accurate product inventory and manage employee relations, including time and attendance and asset protection.
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs; perform other store tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail management experience, preferably in a luxury selling environment.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen and ability to analyze KPIs.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
