Lingerie Salesperson - Cherry Hill

Summary

Provide personalized lingerie fitting and styling to build customer confidence and loyalty through in-store and digital interactions. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals and maintaining a customer-ready department. Collaborate with the team and participate in ongoing product and fit training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate sizes and styles
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using in-store and digital tools such as text and social media
• Support merchandising tasks including filling orders, stocking, and re-merchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to ensure department readiness
• Participate in brand and product trainings to stay current on fashion and fit knowledge
• Handle merchandise and assist customers requiring frequent movement and lifting
