Summary
Provide personalized lingerie fitting and styling to build customer confidence and loyalty through in-store and digital interactions. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals and maintaining a customer-ready department. Collaborate with the team and participate in ongoing product and fit training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate sizes and styles
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up
- Achieve individual and team sales goals using in-store and digital tools such as text and social media
- Support merchandising tasks including filling orders, stocking, and re-merchandising
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to ensure department readiness
- Participate in brand and product trainings to stay current on fashion and fit knowledge
- Handle merchandise and assist customers requiring frequent movement and lifting
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers
- Empathy, sensitivity, and commitment to body positive fittings for diverse customers
- Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work hours based on business needs
- Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds
