Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring size and recommending fit and styles
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback
- Achieve individual and team sales goals both in-store and through digital tools like text and social media
- Participate in trainings to stay current on fashion and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to fill orders and support merchandising activities
- Stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready department
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and follow up with customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers
- Empathy, sensitivity and commitment to body positivity during intimate apparel fittings
- Self-motivation and drive to meet sales targets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
- Physical ability to be on feet 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to learn through company and brand trainings
