Logistics Manager

As a Logistics Manager at Moncler, you will oversee the logistics operations for the region, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.

• Support Central Logistics in operational planning for regional warehouses, ensuring accurate forecasting and coordination of special services.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new logistics processes to enhance service levels and reduce costs.
• Assist in overseeing transportation and warehousing activities, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to SLAs and SOPs.
• Monitor special shipments and logistics-related administrative tasks, including importation processes.
• Support the deployment of logistics processes and manage logistics-related claims.
• Oversee communication with HQ Operations logistics team and engage in local allocator meetings.
• Facilitate commercial relationships between Central Logistics and regional LSPs.
• Participate in Business Reviews with local freight forwarders and LSPs, providing insights for improvement.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment and adhere to company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably within luxury retail or high-end consumer goods industries.
• Experience managing transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and third-party logistics providers.
• Proficiency in Italian and Microsoft tools, and logistics software and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and international logistics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Knowledge of sustainability initiatives in supply chain management is a plus.
