Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Logistics Specialist to manage inventory, distribution, international inbound controls, and support cross functional teams including wholesale, e commerce, and customer service. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, data analysis, cost saving initiatives, and requires collaboration across departments. SAP or similar ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and accuracy within the warehouse ensuring timely updates and stock tracking.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure efficient distribution processes.
  • Coordinate and monitor international inbound shipments ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
  • Use EDI to track inventory movements and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Partner with the wholesale team to manage inventory distribution and fulfillment.
  • Support e commerce and customer service teams to streamline order fulfillment.
  • Handle returns across e commerce retail and wholesale channels to minimize losses.
  • Generate and analyze logistics data reports to identify trends and monitor performance.
  • Conduct cost saving analyses and manage drop shipments for department store orders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics supply chain management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross functional work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with EDI and international shipment processes.
