Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to receiving colleagues.
• Plan staffing and workload to meet productivity, budget, and compliance standards.
• Oversee merchandise receiving, processing, security, transfers, markdowns, and inventory activities.
• Maintain safe, clean stockroom and receiving areas while partnering with store leadership and visual merchandising.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of related experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and use technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with dependable attendance.
