Operations Supervisor

Summary

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage back-of-house operations at the Palo Alto store, overseeing shipment processing, inventory control, and distribution. The role partners with store and retail leaders to align replenishment with sales potential and to optimize operational processes and stockroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach back-of-house staff involved in operational duties and merchandise logistics.
• Oversee processing of shipments, transfers, reservations and consignments, and movement of merchandise from BOH to the sales floor.
• Optimize inventory management, perform cycle counts and audits, and report discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled stockrooms while enforcing safety procedures and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve back-of-house functions and support performance management through coaching and feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of inventory control.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
