Job Description

Summary

The Logistics Transformation & Continuous Improvement Sr Manager is a central and influential leader within the organization, empowered to drive efficiency, innovation, and process optimization across Logistics functions. This role is crucial to the company's success, fostering close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders, including Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Third-Party vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives by orchestrating timelines, coordinating stakeholders, documenting processes, and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Forge strong partnerships with Logistics, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Finance, IT teams, and Third-Party vendors to identify, define, and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the crucial link between Brands and Central teams, ensuring project execution aligns with overarching business goals.
  • Champion collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track and deliver measurable results.
  • Uncover opportunities to boost efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels across Logistics and Supply Chain operations through frequent onsite visits and data analysis.
  • Lead the adoption of best practices, automation, and digital transformation efforts.
  • Develop and refine KPI dashboards and analytics tools for performance tracking.
  • Provide analytical and modeling support to the VP of Logistics and CFO on key initiatives.
  • Support financial and operational reporting efforts to drive performance optimization.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and business cases for senior leadership.
Requirements
  • 6+ years in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
  • Proven track record in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in data analysis, KPI development, and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
