- Serve as the crucial link between Brands and Central teams, ensuring project execution aligns with overarching business goals.
- Champion collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track and deliver measurable results.
- Uncover opportunities to boost efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels across Logistics and Supply Chain operations through frequent onsite visits and data analysis.
- Lead the adoption of best practices, automation, and digital transformation efforts.
- Develop and refine KPI dashboards and analytics tools for performance tracking.
- Provide analytical and modeling support to the VP of Logistics and CFO on key initiatives.
- Support financial and operational reporting efforts to drive performance optimization.
- Assist in preparing presentations and business cases for senior leadership.
Requirements- 6+ years in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
- Proven track record in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in data analysis, KPI development, and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
