Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, professionally, and engagingly.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique and manage inbound calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries by email and chat, including questions about operating hours and repairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fashion, retail, or a related field, or one year of experience in retail, a contact center, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
