Job Description

Summary

Customer-facing role in a high jewelry boutique responsible for delivering exceptional client experience, managing inbound calls and written customer inquiries, and directing visitors to appropriate boutique staff. Role reports to the Boutique Director and involves training on brand history and products.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a timely professional and engaging manner
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique
  • Manage inbound phone calls
  • Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat
  • Address questions about hours of operation
  • Handle queries regarding the repair process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in fashion retail or related field or one year of retail contact center or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a dynamic customer facing environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
