Summary
Support daily operations of the U.S. Makeup Marketing team, assist the Face Marketing Manager with launch execution, reporting, and cross functional coordination to drive brand awareness and profitable growth. Focus on analytical reporting, launch logistics, influencer coordination, and marketing calendar preparation.
Responsibilities
- Support face initiatives including creation and follow up of CWRs, pre-launch requests, Influenster cards, and FMRs
- Create launch landing pages for face product launches
- Prepare influencer briefs and coordinate sample and comp distribution
- Organize internal meetings and liaise with cross functional teams for PR, education, events, and media support
- Track creative and purchasing processes to ensure adherence to timelines
- Monitor and report weekly and monthly retail sales and product performance
- Prepare seasonal marketing calendars and retailer programs
- Develop analyses and reports such as 360 plans, launch recaps, and competitive analyses
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely program delivery and highlight potential issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of marketing experience preferably in the beauty industry
- Highly analytical with experience in NPD or competitive reporting systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
- Understanding of the social and digital landscape
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Makeup retail sales experience preferred
