Summary
Support the Events Manager with organization and execution of retail events and partnerships across the Americas, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, reporting, and administrative support. Role requires coordination with headquarters and cross functional teams to ensure consistent brand execution and successful client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute retail events across the Americas from concept to post-event reporting
- Source and manage vendors ensuring adherence to brand standards and timely invoicing
- Support implementation of Retail Event Strategy and streamline reporting systems
- Manage event budgets including expense tracking invoice processing and vendor negotiations
- Prepare detailed event briefings and reports for Paris Headquarters to ensure global consistency
- Provide administrative support including calendar maintenance template creation and vendor lists
- Assist with on-site event logistics and execution
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive client acquisition retention and upgrades
- Ensure deadlines are met and documentation is maintained accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years experience in events project management marketing or client development
- Experience in event production and luxury retail is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong planning organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with budget management and expense tracking
- Ability to travel as required
- Adaptability to changing business demands and professional acumen
