Manager - Capacity Forecasting

As a Manager of Capacity Forecasting, you will oversee slotting activities and storage practices, determining the best placement of resources at our Atlanta campus. You will perform analytics, project planning, and track the execution of projects related to slotting and capacity for specific business units, collaborating with internal departments to develop and present solutions.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of storage media, configurations, and operations to optimize distribution storage footprint.
• Lead a team of analysts in planning and executing slotting moves, ensuring world-class slotting conditions.
• Collaborate with operations to improve storage capacity planning and communicate with the BI team on volume forecasting.
• Build relationships with functional leaders to deliver optimal storage capacity solutions.
• Provide data analyses to support operational decisions using data-driven methods.
• Develop tools and processes to support supply chain goals, including creating and monitoring metrics.
• Supervise daily tasks for all business units through respective team members.
• Coordinate analysis of KPIs, reporting, and execution of corrective actions.
• Develop an annual plan for improvement initiatives.
• Conduct problem-solving, root cause analysis, and workshops.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or a similar environment.
• Experience delivering executive-level support with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a complex work environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and exercise judgment.
• Intermediate to advanced expertise in Microsoft Office and advanced analytics tools.
