- Leverage data to identify trends and mitigate internal and external theft.
- Lead execution of company shrink program and directives.
- Hire and develop talent to support investigations, auditing, and AP awareness programs.
- Use reporting to identify risks and mitigate issues to reduce loss and maximize profitability.
Requirements- Proven success in investigative, asset protection, and security procedures.
- Experience in AP leadership roles.
- Understanding of Exception Based Reporting tools and Case Management Software.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with employees and leaders.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-stress situations.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, delegation, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
