Manager Asset Protection

The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory shortage performance and executing the Asset Protection Strategy at the store level. This role requires adherence to company policies and legal regulations during theft investigations, while collaborating with customers and associates to achieve objectives.

• Oversee physical inventory integrity through daily and monthly monitoring of reports and audits.
• Communicate with store leadership and associates to drive awareness of inventory shortage results and strategies.
• Provide oversight of audit execution and ensure internal audit readiness.
• Collaborate with sales support to ensure shortage control processes are followed.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalency required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of retail Asset Protection experience, preferably in a large volume retail environment.
• Wicklander-Zulawski Interview Certification is ideal.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail security systems, information systems, and productivity software.
