Summary

Manage sales operations for the fine jewelry department at the Sherman Oaks location, driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service while leading a sales team and maintaining merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve store and department sales targets
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of customer service
• Manage inventory levels and merchandising for the fine jewelry area
• Drive clienteling and relationship development with high value customers
• Implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising plans
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to district leadership
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of management or supervisory experience in retail
• Experience in fine jewelry sales or luxury retail preferred
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales results
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
