Manager Category

As a Manager Category, you will oversee day-to-day issues and transformational initiatives within the category. Your role will include managing assortment changes, product selling tools, and training for field and stores to support category growth and enhance the customer experience.

• Provide day-to-day support to stores on category initiatives and promotions.
• Manage large scale initiatives to evolve assortment and category selling practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and hold partners accountable.
• Support category training programs with expertise and content.
• Collaborate with operations, field, vendors, and other partners in testing and rolling out initiatives.
• Manage implementation and sustainment of Eye Wellness Category.

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, product management, and/or retail marketing.
• BA degree with concentration in marketing, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate.
• Ability to manage large complicated projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Understanding of the customer experience.
