Job Description

Summary

As a Store Manager at the Belmont Park Village Outlet, you will lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for driving business initiatives, creating business strategies, and cultivating the boutique as a hub for client engagement and community connection. As an ambassador of the Maison, you will embody and uphold its values throughout all interactions and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure excellence in the in-store experience by maintaining a strong front-of-house presence and fostering a couture service mindset.
  • Lead and motivate the Boutique team to ensure effective adoption and understanding of company strategies.
  • Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve sales target objectives.
  • Analyze and monitor store KPIs, devising and implementing robust action plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Foster a motivating and inclusive environment that values diversity and teamwork.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support development and succession planning.
  • Enhance client experience through proactive sales monitoring and adherence to Valentino’s Client Journey standards.
  • Maintain proficiency in operational policies to optimize store performance and minimize loss.
  • Liaise with Visual Merchandising team to implement effective visual strategies per HQ guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Store Management or leadership role.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in achieving results and team development.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of store and team performance and KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Clear and concise communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
