Team Manager Leather Goods

As a Team Manager for Leather Goods, you will oversee staff management, merchandise, and client experience at our New York location. You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and developing a motivated team to deliver exceptional client service.

• Manage and develop a team of Client Advisors through goal setting and regular meetings.
• Build a growth environment with daily coaching, weekly checks, and monthly reviews.
• Recruit and train candidates to meet company standards and provide exceptional client service.
• Meet sales goals and lead the sales team to achieve maximum results.
• Coordinate client relationship resources to enhance client service.
• Maintain high client service standards and support the team in building repeat business.
• Utilize POS system effectively and ensure staff proficiency.
• Partner with logistics and product teams for appropriate assortment.
• Collaborate with Visual Manager to implement visual merchandising standards.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail, with a focus on operations or store management.
• Proficiency in computer software and POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for luxury products and design.
