Summary
The Manager, Digital Analytics & Organic Growth turns customer, website, product, and search data into actionable insights that support measurable ecommerce growth. The role owns digital measurement and performance insights across the customer journey, including acquisition, discovery, conversion, loyalty, and omnichannel behavior.
Responsibilities
- Own ecommerce analytics, GA4 measurement, KPI definitions, tracking requirements, data quality, and reporting standards.
- Analyze digital funnel, customer, category, brand, and channel performance; communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders.
- Investigate data anomalies in partnership with Technology, BI, and Finance teams.
- Support experimentation and conversion optimization, including A/B testing and analysis of results.
- Partner across teams to improve SEO, on-site search, product discovery, product data quality, and emerging AI-powered search performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years of experience in digital, ecommerce, product, or marketing analytics, conversion optimization, SEO, or a comparable role.
- Hands-on expertise with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, measurement design, and dashboarding tools.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data environments; Google BigQuery is preferred.
- Experience with customer journey and funnel analysis, segmentation, experimentation, and A/B testing.
- Working knowledge of technical and content SEO, structured data, product feeds, and ecommerce product discovery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
