Lead the fashion and fine jewelry sales department by coaching, developing, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals. Responsibilities

• Recruit hire and onboard sales associates for the department
• Train develop and motivate team members to achieve targets
• Lead by example and drive personal and team sales performance
• Create and execute business plans to meet department and store goals
• Build customer relationships and actively sell on the sales floor
• Partner with merchants to ensure appropriate merchandise assortments
• Coach employees to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage staffing and scheduling to meet business needs
• Monitor performance and provide feedback and development

Requirements

• 1+ years of successful retail management experience
• Experience leading and motivating teams
• Demonstrated sales driven and competitive mindset
• Passion for teaching coaching and developing employees
• Proven ability to develop plan and execute business strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a commission based environment
