Summary
The Manager, Fashion Expertise partners with boutique leadership to transmit the House creative vision and elevate client service through in‑boutique and off‑floor training. This role develops styling and product expertise across boutiques in the market, coaches advisors, supports onboarding, and acts as a liaison with the Fashion Expertise office to drive collection impact and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver inspiring in‑boutique training on collections, product knowledge, savoir‑faire, and luxury service behaviors.
- Facilitate styling workshops and coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors to provide personalized client recommendations.
- Promote and track digital learning completion and monitor training effectiveness through observation and feedback.
- Conduct on‑site coaching, evaluations, and provide structured feedback to Boutique Managers and advisors.
- Partner with Boutique Leadership on action plans, KPIs, Voice of Client insights, and strategies to improve boutique performance.
- Design and support New Hire onboarding to ensure consistent delivery of brand heritage and standards.
- Travel frequently across boutiques within the market to support training and talent development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality with retail training experience preferred.
- Recognized styling expertise and strong fashion sensibility with a client‑centered mindset.
- Proven ability to facilitate, coach, evaluate, and motivate retail teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities independently, and exercise sound judgment.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, some holidays, and frequent travel across the market.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
