Retail Training Manager - West

Summary

The Retail Training Manager based in Las Vegas leads selling-ceremony and behavior-focused training across the West market, delivering instructor-led and eLearning programs. This role assesses regional learning needs, develops training solutions, and implements corporate-directed learning strategies. The manager partners with regional retail leaders to measure training effectiveness and align initiatives to brand objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute training strategies across the West market to improve KPIs and ensure a consistent client experience
• Implement instructor-led and eLearning courses and execute training activities as directed by senior retail leaders
• Facilitate monthly district training calls and contribute to content development
• Create training decks and materials for morning briefings and in-store activities
• Coach and train sales associates through on-the-floor observation and feedback to exemplify luxury service
• Perform assessments to identify training needs and collaborate with regional teams to develop solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of five years' experience in a formalized retail training position
• Additional client-facing retail experience and luxury retail background preferred
• Experience planning and managing both small and large-scale training events with strong follow-through
• Strong technical aptitude with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems
• Ability to manage and work within a travel budget; up to 30-40% travel across the West market
• Authorization to work in the United States
