Manager, Fashion Expertise - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops boutique teams' fashion, product, styling, and luxury service expertise. Based primarily at the Rodeo Drive boutique, this role partners with local boutique teams to deliver engaging learning and elevate client experiences and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on collections, product knowledge, savoir-faire, and luxury service standards.
• Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors in personalized styling and client relationship development.
• Assess learning effectiveness, identify development needs, and provide structured feedback.
• Partner with boutique leadership on onboarding, client opportunities, service indicators, and business objectives.
• Promote digital learning and share client and market feedback with the Fashion Expertise office.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Recognized styling expertise and significant experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience facilitating retail training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across boutiques and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
