Manager, Fashion Expertise - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise is based primarily at the Rodeo Drive boutique and supports multiple Beverly Hills market boutiques. This role transmits the House creative vision, develops boutique teams' product knowledge and styling skills, and drives interactive learning to elevate client experience and boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-boutique and off-floor training on collections, product knowledge, service behaviors, and styling.
• Animate styling workshops, coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors, and monitor training effectiveness.
• Conduct on-site coaching, evaluations, and tailored development plans with Boutique Leadership.
• Partner with Boutique Leaders and Fashion Expertise Home Office on onboarding, KPI tracking, VOC feedback, and collection impact strategies.
• Promote and track digital learning completion and support client styling appointments and follow-ups.
• Travel frequently across boutiques within the market to sustain training and retail performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience in retail training, coaching, and talent development in a luxury environment.
• Recognized styling expertise, strong fashion flair, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays; ability to travel frequently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
