Summary

The Manager, Fashion Expertise develops fashion, product, styling, and luxury service expertise across boutique teams in the market. Based primarily at Westfield UTC in San Diego, this role partners with boutique leadership and the Fashion Expertise Office to deliver engaging learning, coaching, and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training on collections, product knowledge, savoir-faire, and luxury service standards.
• Coach advisors on personalized styling, client relationships, and confident recommendations.
• Assess training needs, provide structured feedback, and create development plans with boutique leadership.
• Support onboarding, promote digital learning, and track completion and training effectiveness.
• Partner with boutique teams on client styling appointments, business objectives, service indicators, and client feedback.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience and recognized styling expertise.
• Experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality, with retail training, coaching, and evaluation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across boutiques and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to lift 15 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
