Summary
Provide financial support for Industrial operations including inventory, capital expenditures, and support functions for internal production and external sourcing. Deliver budgeting, forecasting, monthly analytics and presentation of insights to support operational and strategic financial decision making during maternity coverage.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting for Industrial divisions related to stone purchases inventory and capital expenditures
- Deliver and present accurate analytics to support financial and strategic decisions
- Prepare and interpret monthly reporting and KPI dashboards
- Build financial models scenario analyses and capital investment business cases
- Support divisional and cost center leads with reporting modeling analysis and cost savings initiatives
- Develop and improve tracking and analytics for senior management updates
- Perform ad hoc analyses to address senior management requests
- Enhance analytical tools and methodologies to increase automation and efficiency
- Demonstrate and reinforce workplace safety policies and behaviors
Requirements
- BA or BS in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong verbal written and presentation communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Hyperion Power BI or Business Objects preferred
- CPA certification or MBA preferred
