Summary
Lead delivery of end-to-end HR services and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems including Workday. Manage a bilingual HR Helpdesk and partner with People Team leaders to drive HRIS adoption, data integrity, and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead processes for the full employee lifecycle and develop solutions to enhance employee experience.
- Manage and develop a bilingual HR Helpdesk to deliver hiring onboarding leaves terminations and job and pay changes.
- Own HRIS system administration including configuration user adoption and collaboration with IT for improvements.
- Maintain employee data integrity privacy standards and work with internal audit for compliance.
- Develop communications correspondence and learning materials to drive self service and HRIS adoption.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Talent Management and Total Rewards on program administration and reporting.
- Identify and implement process automation system efficiencies and knowledge management improvements.
- Ensure HR policies procedures and annual review sign off are maintained and compliant with legislation.
- Participate in special projects for the People Team as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading an HR team in HR administration or operations.
- 3-5 years functional Workday HRIS experience considered an asset.
- University degree or college diploma in Business Human Resources Organizational Management or related.
- Experience with HR standards process improvement and systems configuration.
- Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change build relationships and exercise emotional intelligence.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information and ensure data privacy controls.
- Digitally savvy with experience using data to inform decisions and improve operations.
