Job Description

Summary

Lead and oversee logistics operations for the location to ensure efficient delivery, inventory flow, and distribution. Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and meet business objectives. Manage day-to-day logistics activities while implementing improvements to increase accuracy and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and manage carrier relationships
  • Coordinate inventory management and stock replenishment activities
  • Develop and implement process improvements for logistics operations
  • Monitor shipping accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with operations and store teams to align logistics with demand
  • Manage logistics staff scheduling and performance
  • Ensure compliance with shipping and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of logistics or supply chain experience
  • Experience supervising or managing teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of shipping carriers and inventory systems
  • Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
  • Proven problem solving and decision making abilities
