Oversee overnight logistics operations for a flagship location, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound flow, accurate inventory handling, and timely distribution to support next-day retail readiness. Lead a team through operational planning, process improvement, and cross functional coordination during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage overnight receiving, sorting, and distribution of merchandise.
• Supervise and schedule overnight logistics staff and vendor activity.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and reconciliation of shipments.
• Implement and monitor safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Coordinate with merchandising and store operations for priorities and transfers.
• Analyze operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain equipment and facility readiness for overnight workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of logistics or operations management experience.
• Experience leading overnight or shift based teams.
