Manager responsible for merchandising Ready to Wear and Intimates product lines, driving assortment planning and execution to meet sales and margin targets across the store or region. Collaborates with cross functional teams to develop seasonal strategies and ensure on time product flow. Leads merchandising initiatives to optimize inventory and enhance the customer offering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising plans for Ready to Wear and Intimates assortments
• Analyze sales and inventory data to inform assortment and replenishment decisions
• Collaborate with buying, planning, and store teams to align on product strategies
• Manage seasonal calendar and ensure timely deliveries and allocations
• Drive promotional and pricing strategies to achieve margin objectives
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust assortments
• Provide guidance to visual merchandising and store teams on product presentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant merchandising or retail experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience using sales and inventory reports
• Knowledge of Ready to Wear and Intimates product categories
• Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
• Experience with assortment planning and inventory management systems
