Summary
Manage strategic allocation and inventory planning for boutiques and channels, overseeing forecasting, replenishment, and distribution to optimize stock levels and support sales goals. Lead improvements to tools and processes, perform analysis and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive inventory decisions and launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end allocation strategy across boutiques and channels
- Develop and manage pre-season and in-season allocation and replenishment plans
- Implement and optimize replenishment tools systems and processes
- Perform post-buy and hindsight analysis with Merchandising
- Monitor store performance sales trends and inventory levels to identify risks
- Collaborate with Merchandising Logistics Retail Operations and IT on launches and transitions
- Track inventory flows from distribution centers to boutiques
- Support BOH capacity planning and escalate inventory risks
- Provide training to Store Associates on replenishment tools and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Inventory Planning Retail Planning Supply Chain Management or related field
- 4 years of experience in allocation planning or merchandise management with leadership or mentoring experience
- High proficiency in retail math Excel and data analysis forecasting and modeling
- Strong strategic thinking analytical skills and experience managing large datasets
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and deliver results
- Ability to make data driven allocation decisions and recommendations
- Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills
- Ability to multi task prioritize and adapt in a fast paced retail environment
