Summary

Lead the Shoes and Other Accessories product category at the 57th Street flagship, acting as a brand ambassador and business leader responsible for driving category performance, coaching sales teams, and partnering with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a diverse team of salespeople to deliver elevated client service
• Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge and service delivery
• Drive category business through analysis, reporting, and assortment planning
• Partner with Home Office buying and merchandising teams on assortment decisions
• Use key performance indicators to enhance team and business performance
• Represent the brand in market through community partnerships and events
• Maintain boutique image and operational standards through in-store presence

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Passion for product knowledge and client experience
• Ability to work flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
