Summary
Manage resources and operational performance to support and maximize sales and profitability for assigned stores. Oversee daily store operations including merchandise receiving movement and online order fulfillment while enhancing the customer experience and reporting to a Senior Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of retail performance and store operations strategy for assigned stores
- Oversee inbound merchandise receiving and outbound merchandise movement
- Support online sales through accurate order fulfillment and price changes
- Manage payroll and non payroll expenses to improve profitability
- Implement capital fund projects and maintain mechanical and technological responsibilities
- Oversee labor scheduling staffing and flex resources to maximize efficiency
- Directly manage Sales Support Managers Alterations Manager and Loss Prevention Leaders
- Lead store inventory accuracy and physical inventory processes
- Perform Sales Support Manager tasks in their absence and other assigned duties
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with luxury retail fashion experience recommended
- 4 year degree recommended
- Proven track record achieving business results and leading teams
- In depth knowledge of profit and loss management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift up to 10 pounds when required
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
