Job Description

Summary

As a Manager - On Premise Account Lead, you will be the face of Moët Hennessy for the account, responsible for cultivating relationships and delivering sales and visibility goals. You will manage and support distributor sales teams, oversee sales goals, and develop key account listings, all while working remotely in the market based on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support distributor sales teams to achieve brand priorities.
  • Oversee and monitor sales and depletion goals within the assigned market.
  • Sell in MH brands/products and select relevant activations/programs for each account.
  • Identify opportunities for bespoke programs and deeper brand education.
  • Develop key account listings and track velocity/sales.
  • Act as a consultant on portfolio opportunities and growth.
  • Lead trade advocacy initiatives and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure account needs for programs and activations are met within MH brand guidelines.
  • Build a key account plan through long-term partnerships and ongoing programming.
  • Inform channel or market lead of opportunities, risks, and competitive intel.
  • Participate in market/maison visitors, blitzes, and distributor education.
  • Effectively manage assigned budgets: T&E and A&P.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing within wine and spirits.
  • Strong sales background and self-starter attitude.
  • Extensive understanding of consumer expectations within the geography.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of key business issues to sales pitches and strategy-setting.
  • Well-developed experience analyzing ROI and budget management.
  • Highly effective influencing and partnering skills.
  • Refined communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical ability and ability to interpret syndicated data insights.
  • Flexible mindset and ability to manage change in direction.
