Summary

The Operations Manager oversees the operations function within the boutique, ensuring smooth processes that support an elevated client experience. This role partners with boutique leadership and the Home Office Retail Operations team to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities, security, staffing, compliance, and expense management.
• Lead, coach, and inspire operational staff while fostering teamwork, feedback, and mutual respect.
• Serve as the boutique expert on standard operating procedures, systems, and tools.
• Lead projects, manage budgets, and forecast expenditures.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Passion for client experience and interest in CHANEL's history and products.
• Ability to work in-store, lift 15 pounds, and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
