Summary
The Manager Retail Operations partners with regional and store leadership to monitor and drive operational performance across stores, focusing on audit compliance, inventory accuracy, stock control, productivity, and continuous improvement to deliver a superior client experience. This hands-on role simplifies processes, implements tools and policies, and leads special projects such as openings and tool rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor store operational performance including audit compliance, stock control, inventory flows, and team productivity
- Drive optimal in-store product flow and organization from back of house to front of house
- Ensure adoption and training on mobile and sales support tools including cashiering systems and customer applications
- Partner with Retail Leaders and Store Managers to enhance processes and minimize operational risks and costs
- Implement and maintain grooming guidelines and ensure adherence to company directives and policies
- Oversee physical inventory processes including scheduling, vendor coordination, JDE, and training
- Monitor stock adjustments, open orders, watch orders, NOFF locations, and borrowed merchandise
- Coordinate with Store Planning and Maintenance on new openings and renovations
- Lead implementation of new tools and coordinate issue resolution with IT
Requirements
- 7+ years of retail and operations experience in luxury retail
- BA or BS degree or greater
- Strong problem solving and process simplification skills
- Agile and entrepreneurial approach with forward-thinking and business acumen
- Numerical agility and experience with inventory controls
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred
- Jewelry background is a plus
