Summary
The Retail Operations Manager drives operational excellence across Luxury House Brands and Ray-Ban stores by leading operational projects, system enhancements, and communications to support consistent customer and associate experiences. This role partners with field leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to implement store technology, improve processes, and support inventory and reporting needs. The manager ensures adoption of policies and tools while overseeing release management and issue resolution for store systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive store operations efficiency through policies, procedures, tools, and system support
- Lead operational projects and Rx optical initiatives in partnership with field leadership and COE teams
- Support inventory processes, reporting, deals, and discounts with Asset Protection collaboration
- Create and deliver clear communications for policies, updates, and initiatives to ensure adoption
- Develop content with brand tone and analyze communication effectiveness
- Lead implementation of store technology including POS, digital tools, and system integrations
- Serve as liaison for system management, UAT, release management, and issue resolution
- Maintain Retail POS master data and provide reporting and application support
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to improve store performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business
- Minimum 5 years retail and project management experience
- Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and critical thinking
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to simplify complex information and build cross-functional relationships
- Ability to anticipate issues, influence teams, and apply lessons learned
