Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of Sales in the Cosmetics department, you will lead a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service in a bustling retail environment. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Ensure the store's visual standards are maintained to attract customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize product offerings and promotions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
