Responsibilities

• Coach and model customer-focused selling behaviors and use of selling technology.
• Lead relationship selling, client book development, and customer outreach.
• Support store priorities and partner on merchandising execution, restocking, floor moves, and signing.
• Oversee fulfillment processes and monitor metrics to support timely order completion.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and 3-5 years of direct experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and priorities effectively.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including frequent standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.
