Lead sales teams across Ready to Wear and leased departments, fostering a customer-focused environment and delivering strong business results. Coach colleagues, drive relationship selling, and oversee merchandising and fulfillment execution.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model customer-centric selling behaviors and use of selling technology.
• Develop relationship selling, client books, and customer outreach.
• Support store priorities and lead merchandising execution, including restocking, floor moves, and signing.
• Monitor fulfillment metrics and oversee daily processes to support timely customer orders.
• Recruit, onboard, motivate, and develop team members.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and 3-5 years of direct experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, planning, and strategy execution skills.
• Ability to manage workflow and priorities effectively.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
