Job Description

Summary

As a Manager of Sales in Womens Shoes, Sun, and Luggage, you will lead a team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. Your leadership will be key in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar product category.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
