Manager Site Operations - Supply Chain - Store Staging Area

The Manager, Site Operations is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of operations at the Edison location. This leadership role involves managing a team focused on efficiency, cost reductions, key programs, and capital projects, as well as general management of all processing duties. The position requires a resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence and self-motivation to drive effectiveness and efficiency at scale.

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 60+ employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Support managers across all shifts in achieving customer promise through safety, team, and results.
• Drive recruiting, training, and development of managers and employees.
• Ensure effective communication across processing areas and drive change management.
• Participate as a key stakeholder in building-level process and improvement projects.
• Collaborate with NYC/DC699 & Corporate teams for resource allocation and priority management.
• Achieve defined operational metrics and expense objectives.
• Promote LEAN philosophy for continuous improvement in processes and procedures.

• 5+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience in a fulfillment or similar environment.
• Graduate-level degree in a related discipline is a plus.
• Strong capability in managing large teams and effective communication skills.
• Experience in implementing and leading Lean initiatives.
• Proven ability to build effective teams and lead through influence and collaboration.
• Ability to develop reliable, cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Success in identifying, developing, and retaining quality talent.
• Willingness to relocate for future growth opportunities.
