As the Manager of Specialty Coffee at Mall of America, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee unit, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business success. You will lead a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program to effectively run the unit.
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Implement store strategies, comply with company procedures, and maintain productivity and cost efficiency.

• 2+ years of experience in coffee bar management.
• Knowledge of fresh beverages and quality food with a willingness to learn more.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and a food handler’s card where required.
• Strong communication and basic accounting skills.
