- Plan and forecast for your department taking into consideration historical trends in order to plan appropriately.
- Support small- and large-scale projects that support business strategy and growth.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an operations management or similar leadership role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
- Strong client orientation focused on excellence in the client journey.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Financial competence and ability to understand expense statements.
- Detail oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
