Manager - Visual Merchandising - Menlo Park

As a Visual Merchandising Manager at Menlo Park, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual appeal of the store, ensuring consistency with company objectives and trends. You will lead and develop in-store visual teams to achieve strategic goals and maintain brand integrity.

• Implement visual merchandising strategies and stay updated with current trends to support sales goals.
• Communicate transparently with leadership to ensure brand integrity.
• Understand and execute visual merchandising directives across all departments.
• Support merchandising, signing, and implementation of visual directions at the highest level.
• Manage the in-store lighting program, including installation and adjustments.
• Uphold visual safety programs and maintain organized visual spaces.

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably at Nordstrom.
• Proven success in driving results in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and delegation skills.
• Ability to develop productive relationships with store and regional managers.
• Future Visual Leader graduate preferred.
