Manager - eCommerce Operations - Project Management

Summary

The eCommerce Operations Manager - Project Management leads local implementation and optimization of digital, order management, omnichannel, and SAP projects. This role partners with central teams and local stakeholders to improve platform operations, inventory accuracy, and client and retail experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, implementation, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities for eCommerce systems.
• Coordinate with Digital, IT, Retail Operations, store teams, and distribution center partners to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor site performance and operational issues, conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing, and follow issues through to resolution.
• Reconcile sales and inventory across systems and report on order processing productivity and omnichannel performance.
• Develop training materials and communications for project launches and process changes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and environment.
• Experience with ERP implementation projects; knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana is preferred.
• Experience with logistics, multichannel eCommerce, and retail operations.
• Strong project leadership, analytical, presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel; project management certification is preferred.
