Job Description

Summary

As a Market Director in Florida, you will manage Moët Hennessy USA's relationship with distributor partners, overseeing performance and ensuring alignment with company strategy. You will be responsible for managing budgets, brand allocations, and distributor performance to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee depletion and revenue goals for the market.
  • Plan and manage budgets and brand allocations for accounts.
  • Ensure quality of brand mix, inventory, size mix, and market pricing.
  • Monitor sales and depletion metrics and manage distributor to meet targets.
  • Plan program and pricing calendar in partnership with the distributor.
  • Monitor activities and program calendar to achieve brand priorities.
  • Manage market forecast in partnership with Forecasting & Operations.
  • Participate in market visits, blitzes, and distributor education.
  • Develop market leads and cultivate talent within the markets.
  • Negotiate internally on behalf of the Commercial Sales team.
  • Engage with key customer accounts with high volume relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing in wine and spirits.
  • 5+ years of people management and managing distributor teams.
  • Extensive understanding of managing distributor teams and operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Well-developed finance and budget management skills.
  • Highly effective influencing and partnering skills.
  • Refined communication and presentation skills.
