Marketing And Communications Coordinator

As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Vacheron Constantin in New York, you will support all marketing and communications functions across the Americas. Reporting to the Marketing Director and Senior Media & Communications Manager, you will handle administrative paperwork, logistics, and provide operational support to the marketing team.

• Manage and source form/bid leveling documentation for new vendor onboarding in SAP.
• Raise purchase orders and track invoices.
• Update budget trackers to monitor spending and maintain weekly marketing reports.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend meetings.
• Provide competitor analysis and research as needed.
• Create and distribute Visual Merchandising orders in SAP and track shipments.
• Manage local and HQ press reporting requests and coordinate VIP/red carpet projects.
• Support event collateral creation and organize related mailings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Able to work a minimum of 4 days per week in the NY office.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
